This project called for designing three five-foot tall custom pendant lighting fixtures for the new McDonald’s Corporation flagship restaurant that had to meet a guaranteed delivery date. They had tried two other vendors before coming to Shaper Lighting, as those other vendors’ design ideas did not work out. The project had lost valuable time it could not make up. Shaper Lighting guarantees delivery and presents a new ID / Product Design that meets McDonald's design requirements.
Responsibilities: Project management, estimation, industrial design refinement, and customer service.
